Update to 2.24.4. Trim header and update comments and pkg-descr. Switch to USES=gmake pathfix, and use *mm components from USE_GNOME.

C++ wrapper for Gtk+ 2
Update the comment and description to mention the other libraries for which this port is a wrapper. Also, add a URL to the pkg-descr. Suggested by: Alexander Nedotsukov <bland@mail.ru>
