- Try to grab from ftp.uni-bremen.de first; seems to be the master site for elk. - Add official patch #1. - Use dl*() for dynamic loading. This still has its quirks, but it's usable. Plus, invoking global ctors when loading C++ object files now works; it didn't with the old incremental loading.
