Update to 1.3.5. I cleaned up the Makefile in addition to the PR, and made pkg/MESSAGE respect PREFIX (which made this port finally pass the mandatory ``portlint -ac'' test). PR: 18834 Submitted by: Zach Zurflu <zach@pabst.bendnet.com>
