Update to 2.0.48, which has corrections for two security bugs:
- CAN-2003-0789: information leak in mod_cgid

WITH_MODULES, WITH_MPM, WITH_STATIC_APACHE, WITH_STATIC_MODULES and
WITH_STATIC_SUPPORT
