No show-stopping bugs fixed, just lots of nits. Changes to the actual port: Simplify handling of PREFIX. Use autoconf. Use DOT_LOCKING, not FLOCK_LOCKING. (IMPORTANT) Tweak DESCR to make it more obvious that this is an MUA.
