0fb677b049 Inadequate testing failed to uncover an issue with the default 
configuration that causes a run-time failure at delivery time.

Mark BROKEN until I can iron this out.

e4046e55b4 Do not recommend the use of the mail/exim-doc-* ports for acquiring 
alternative documentation formats, since those ports install
documentation for exim-3.3x.

Instead, refer operators to the Exim web site.

145f1f9d09 Update for exim-3.951 (AKA exim-4.0 alpha release) after repo copy. 
This port can be used by early adopters of the upcoming exim-4.0
release.  NO_LATEST_LINK is set to prevent package building, since
version-chasers will likely be bitten hard by an unwitting upgrade.

e51ad01593 Disable LDAP support for now, because it appears that db3-3.2.9 linked with 
libopenldap is being linked into evolution before our private static
db3-3.1.17, which again destabilises Evolution. Bump PORTREVISION.

cc3a50e708 Build our own, private static db3-3.1.17 library, because Ximian recommends 
using 3.1.17, insisting that Evolution might not work properly with more
recent versions (3.2.9 in this case). Bump PORTREVISION.

Recommended update.

Use the newly added mailnull user, and the now well-established group
mail.

The use of compile-time defaults for these values is not required for
many sites, but are important for more exotic applications.

This ensures that the packages are useful to the widest audience
possible.

a560d71a38 Upgrade to 4.43 which contains mostly bug fixes for the less often

66c0c05af3 Back off the GMAKE. 
Extract from /usr/local/share/automake14/automake/depend.am

	## This fragment is probably only useful for maintainers.  It relies
	## on GNU make and gcc.  It is only included in the generated
	## Makefile.in if `automake' is not passed the `--include-deps' flag

This has changed from automake14 to automake15. The solution is easy: use
the -i switch for automake.

a29c36e727 Update this to build with proper dependancies again. 
When I added the folder compression patch, I didn't realize we now needed
automake & autoconf.  Bringing those two in, now makes gmake required. :-(
Also we can't patch `configure' as before, now we must patch `configure.in'
and `aclocal.m4'.
