Make libpthread default threading library. Since this port is supposed
to be compiled/run against any threading library in system, so we can't
use default PTHREAD_LIBS stuff here.

Add pseudo-port of POSIX Test Suite (http://posixtest.sourceforge.net).
It does not builds/installs anything, and should be used as wrapper to
run testsuite on FreeBSD. See 'make help' output for usage.
