d9dd45d404 x11/gnomelibs -> x11/gnome-libs
Rename this ports to use the real vendor package name. The advantage of this
is to allow our users' keyword search works and easier for users to file the
Bugzilla report when they use our name of ports. Debian, Gentoo, NetBSD and
other OSs have the correct package name, but not in our ports tree.

My team, FreeBSD GNOME Team, have agreed with it.

As for japanese/gnomelibs, chase the rename.

94d00176f6 Mark as broken on 5.x due to gcc3.3 multiline string handling.
For whatever reason, this does not seem to affect the master port.
Some terrible hackery has to be done to slave port Makefiles to
conditionally mark them broken, and I have flagged the hackery
apologetically. For an example errorlog, see
http://bento.freebsd.org/errorlogs/i386-5-full/ja-gnomelibs-1.4.2_1.log.

0b10204950 Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command;
the ECHO macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if
make(1) is invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to
the echo command.

Use command macros where appropriate.
