642be1b81d - Make ports use the libc provided iconv implementation on 10-CURRENT 
after r254273
- Fix a bunch of ports to properly work after this
- Mark converters/libiconv as IGNORE for systems with iconv in libc

47b84b95f4 mkvalidator is a simple command line tool to verify Matroska and WebM files for 
spec conformance. It checks the various bogus or missing key elements against
the EBML DocType version of the file and reports the errors/warnings in the
command line.
