No changes to package contents, but new sources from GitHub, despite
the same tag, contain CMake build system we may switch to someday
if the port is still used (for the record, its only currently used
by 3 ports).
- Update to 11.3.1.s20221014.
- Revert the patch enabling lang D compiler from commit
ed30110abbdf17ff5ea8d8104c24af542bf009f4 as it causes a pkg fallout on
CURRENT for i386 and amd64 architectures. [1]

feature plugins are released simultaneously as part of KDE Gear.

KDE today announces the release of KDE Frameworks 5.99.0.
KDE Frameworks are 83 addon libraries to Qt which provide a wide variety
of commonly needed functionality in mature, peer reviewed and well
tested libraries with friendly licensing terms. For an introduction see
the KDE Frameworks release announcement.
This release is part of a series of planned monthly releases making
improvements available to developers in a quick and predictable manner.
