Due to an upstream commit [2] we need now to pass
CMAKE_INSTALL_MANDIR:PATH="share/man" in the
devel/llvm-* ports, and fix the plist of net/remmina.
Further add an upstream patch to math/plplot to
fix the build with 3.7.1.

lang/gcc which have moved from GCC 4.8.5 to GCC 4.9.4 (at least under some
circumstances such as versions of FreeBSD or platforms), part II.
The first part covered ports with USE_GCC=yes, USE_GCC=any, or one of
gcc-c++11-lib, openmp, nestedfct, c++11-lib as well as c++14-lang,
c++11-lang, c++0x, c11 requested via USES=compiler.
This adds ports with USES=fortran and ports using Mk/bsd.octave.mk
which in turn has USES=fortran.

nmsg (0.12.0)
* Add nmsg_message_get_payload_size() to return the size of the
serialized payload object.
* Add dnstap message module support. dnstap is a flexible,
structured event replication format for DNS software.
* nmsg_output_set_rate: Do not destroy existing rate as another
output may be using it. Note the changed behavior: The caller of
nmsg_output_set_rate() is responsible for reclaiming
unused nmsg_rate_t objects with nmsg_rate_destroy().
* Use output lock in nmsg_output_set_rate().
* Fix sizeof operands in nmsg_chalias_lookup() memory allocations.
* Fix potential uninitialized filter result in io_run_filters().
* Replace enum-exhaustive if/else with switch for msgmod.
* Fix potential nmsg_pres_to_payload crash from unknown fields in msgmod.
* Remove unnecessary initializations in strbuf code.
* Add missing cleanup in nmsg_pcap_input_setfilter_raw error returns.
* Refactor io loop close check to remove unused return value.
* Fix ignored return value in file input.
* Don't leak duplicate XS endpoint string in parsing code
* Fix problems with nmsg_output_set_rate(). It destroys a previously
provided nmsg_rate. If that rate object is shared with another output,
activity on the other output will access freed memory formerly
associated with that nmsg_rate. It does not synchronize setting
the nmsg_rate object. This can lead to race conditions, e.g. if the
rate object is set and the old one destroyed while an output is in
nmsg_rate_sleep().

Consistently use %%DATADIR%% in pkg_plist.
Sponsored by: Farsight Security, Inc.
The only reason to use post-stage is because the port needs to do
"things" at a later time, like some plist manipulation.
While there, fold post-install in do-install targets when they are
defined.

In this version, libgpgme-pthread.so has been removed in favor of just
using libgpgme.so as the thread-safe library. PORTREVISION has been
bumped on all ports depending on security/gpgme so that any that may have
linked to -lgpgme-pthread will link to -lgpgme instead.
The Python module provided by security/py-gpgme has been renamed upstream
from pyme3 to gpg. This removes the conflict with security/py-pyme,
although security/py-gpgme is still the direct replacement of that
module.
The mosquitto commit that added OpenSSL 1.1.0 support simultaneously
broke LibreSSL support. This patch comes from a fork and hasn't been
incorporated upstream yet (pull request #280 still outstanding but
should eventually be merged in).
LibreSSL support broke during the version upgrade last month.

- bin/remmina links to lib/libintl.so.8 regardless of NLS option
Note: that NLS option still prevents translations from being installed
- cmake needs to search for gettext within localbase
net/remmina-plugin-*: Add USES=localbase:ldflags
- The plugins need to search localbase/include for headers, and some
also link with libraries in localbase

Leap-second smearing is an experimental option that may be specified in
ntp.conf(5) to spread the effect of a leap-second over an interval as
specified by the leapsmearinterval config file statement. Recommended
values are between 7200 (2 hours) and 86400 (24 hours).
It is advised that leap-second smearing not be used for public NTP
servers (https://www.meinbergglobal.com/download/burnicki/Leap\
%20Second%20Smearing%20With%20NTP.pdf). It is also advised that NTP
clients not use a mix of NTP servers using leap-second smearing with
NTP servers not using leap-second smearing as that could cause
undefined client behaviour.

From the maintainer:
FreeBSD support is not high on the list of things that upstream is
working on ... dmidecode is used as a fallback to try and figure out
if cloud-init is running on RHEV or VSPHERE. I would rather not try to
patch the existing source code since upstream is multiple versions ahead
(all of them are unfortunately broken on FreeBSD).

The LDFLAGS were removed with the latest update, but they are still
needed to link intl library in some cases. Examples include missing
references to 'libintl_gettext' and 'libintl_bindtextdomain' when the
localbase isn't in compiler's default library search path.

KDE Frameworks is a collection of libraries and software frameworks by KDE
that serve as technological foundation for KDE Plasma 5 and KDE Applications
distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) [1].
The work is based on what we have in the KDE testing repo [2].
This is the next big step in updating the KDE Desktop and its Applications
to anything less dusty.
With this change, `USES=kde:5` is now a valid option. Ports that need to depend
on KDE Framework can now set:
USES=kde:5
USE_KDE=<framework1> <framework2> ... <frameworkX>
For example: www/qupzilla-qt5 can depend on sysutils/kf5-kwallet via:
KWALLET_USE= KDE=wallet
I would like to thank Raphael and Adriaan for reviewing the ports in the testing
repo :)
