362c47d716 Vendor update to 1.47 
- do not use -lrt in Linux (from March Lehmann)
                - unnecessary (nanosleep is in libc anyway)
                - harmful (-lrt slows down execution)
                - incompatible (with many distributions' pthreads)

1e60866cc1 Lots and lots of cleanups. Teach p5-* in general about PKGNAMEPREFIX. 
Add some missing/wrong dependencies.  Show how to respect CC/CFLAGS.  Many
miscellaneous modifications.  I used more excessive hacks to force p5-Jcode
and p5-WWW-Search to respect CC/CFLAGS.

89f4cfc9bc Time::HiRes module: High resolution time, sleep, and alarm. 
Implement usleep, ualarm, and gettimeofday for Perl, as well as wrappers
to implement time, sleep, and alarm that know about non-integral seconds.
