923c335eeb KDE: add ecm:build dependency to KDE Gear ports 
- these ports previously got their ecm transitively,
  but, run-time dependency on ecm is being reduced
  to better support KDE Plasma 6 in the future.

029a21588c audio/mumble: with LTO on "QWidget: Cannot create a QWidget without QApplication" 
With option LTO on mumble print "QWidget: Cannot create a QWidget without QApplication"
in console and exit.
Mark LTO as broken and turn off by default.

bbdab99505 audio/noise-suppression-for-voice-lv2: Fix build by disabling VST3 
Add options LADSPA and VST3. The VST3 plugin isn;t built any more
after juce update. Now the new option VST3 is OFF by default.

e5ff16ce3b audio/pulseaudio: fix typo in SPEEX option handling 
b1ecad53b0 introduced a small typo:
MESONP_ENABLED vs MESON_ENABLED.
This lead to the speex-option not being able to turned off.

26f67d304d KDE: KDE Plasma 5.27.7, Bugfix Release for August 
Tuesday, 1 August 2023. Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE Plasma
5, versioned 5.27.7.

Plasma 5.27 was released in February 2023 with many feature refinements
and new modules to complete the desktop experience.

This release adds three months' worth of new translations and fixes from
KDE's contributors. The bugfixes are typically small but important and
include:

 * Discover: Fix SteamOS dbus path.
 * Emojier: Update Unicode data for emojier to 15.0.
 * System Settings: Properly show the custom header widget when started
   with non-QML KCMs.

93ad9829d8 audio/puddletag: New port: Powerful, simple, audio tag editor 
puddletag is an audio tag editor (primarily created) for GNU/Linux
similar to the Windows program, Mp3tag. Unlike most taggers for
GNU/Linux, it uses a spreadsheet-like layout so that all the tags
you want to edit by hand are visible and easily editable.

The usual tag editor features are supported like extracting tag
information from filenames, renaming files based on their tags by
using patterns and basic tag editing.

Then there're Functions, which can do things like replace text,
trim it, do case conversions, etc. Actions can automate repetitive
tasks. Doing web lookups using Amazon (including cover art), Discogs
(does cover art too!), FreeDB and MusicBrainz is also supported.

Supported formats: ID3v1, ID3v2 (mp3), MP4 (mp4, m4a, etc.),
VorbisComments (ogg, flac), Musepack (mpc), Monkey's Audio (.ape)
and WavPack (wv).
