in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.
Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.
Preliminary documentation can be found at:
http://people.FreeBSD.org/~ade/autotools.txt
which is in the process of being SGMLized before introduction into the
Porters Handbook.

The purpose of the doxymacs project is to create a LISP package that
will make using Doxygen from within {X}Emacs easier.
It has the following features:
* ability to look up documentation for symbols from {X}Emacs in
the browser of your choice.
* easily insert Doxygen style comments into source.
* optionally use an "external" (i.e. written in C) XML parser to
speed up building the completion list.
* fontify Doxygen keywords.

already have good enough coverage, so skip them).
2. For all ports that have them, download the PGP signature files.

4. For ports where I was already providing a master site, update the URL.

I also updated the Pine port to stop building Pico, and instead
depend on the Pico port. This solves a CONFLICTS situation, and
is arguably the more logical way to handle this. Also, if you use
an alternate editor for Pine, you no longer have to install Pico
if you don't want it.

naming scheme allows a gap of 28. Set to 30 just in case. Actually
there's no good reason not to set that to 256, it's not that 512
system calls kill us everytime someone opens a shell in emacs.
Bump portsrevision so that it gets picked up by portupgrade.
