de5b609b0d NetAddr/IP.pm has changed its location after the last update.
Chase dependent ports and specify the dependency using "package
dependency" syntax which is immune to such changes.

No portrevision bumps.

9b78088055 Add p5-NetAddr-IP-Count:
This module implements a symplistic way to match individual IP Addresses
to subnets. It can be used to, among other things, help analyze HTTPD
logs.
