dbab2bc7f7 When junkbuster was resurrected PORTREVISION wasn't bumped so that people
that still had it installed wouldn't get the security fixes. Fix that.

8fc67d6e16 Silence warnings about gnu/regex.h on -CURRENT.
Get rid of a bunch of patch-files which can be easily replaced by a
REINPLACE_CMD invocation.

4f4d22516f Add the compression enhancement from junkbuster-zlib (I see zero reason
to have to have a seperate port rather than enhance this one).

This patched version of Junkbuster now has the ability to automatically
compress text/html and text/plain documents to save downstream modem/network
bandwidth. It also allows one to specify appearance of blocked GIFs.
