6f6fbe4bdf - Add LDFLAGS to CONFIGURE_ENV and MAKE_ENV (as it was done with LDFLAGS) 
- Fix all ports that add {CPP,LD}FLAGS to *_ENV to modify flags instead

c6542427d4 Replace libdvdread with the version maintained by the mplayer group 
-Turn over maintainership
	-Bump ports that depend on libdvdread since shared lib
	 version rolls back from .5 to .4
	-Fix multimedia/ogle build with this version
