Because we have separate directories with urdf (libraries and headers)
the consumer that assumes they live in one place falls over because
the headers are not found.
- Kill the patchfile and pass correct LIBS_FreeBSD value
via make(1) environment instead
- Garbage-collect no longer needed `post-stage' target

icoextract is an icon extractor for Windows PE files (.exe/.dll),
written in Python. It also includes a thumbnailer script
(exe-thumbnailer) for Linux desktops.
This project is inspired by extract-icon-py, icoutils,
and others.
icoextract aims to be:
