The different calendars have traditionally been provided in locale
specific 8-bit encodings.
With this update they are all provided in UTF-8 encoding, which will
be automatically converted to the encoding selected in the process
environment of the calendar program.
On systems with ICONV support compiled into the calendar program, the
output will be identical to that generated before. All calendar files
have been checked by translating them back to their original encoding
and comparing them with the previous version.
The main advantage of having these files in UTF-8 is ease of editing,
since it is no longer encessary to have the editor configured for the
particular encoding of each file.
On UTF-8 consoles, ICONV support is no longer required to display
calendars with foreign encodings.

provincial holiday called in most provinces Family Day. Though,
it is called Louis Riel Day in Manitoba, Islandar Day in
Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia Heritage Day in that province,
and Yukon Heritage Day in that territory. It is generally called
Family Day because all other Canadian provinces call it that.
Family Day falls on the same day as President's Day does in the US.

SIP:
As mentioned in the update from sip to sip5, this is a transitional version

Sip6 completely removes the deprecated parts.
Unfortunately, some ports — mostly cura things — can not use sip6, so we
reintroduce sip4.

At the same time, we took the opportunity to simplify PyQT and propose only one
package as for devel/pyside2. */py-qt5-* have been merged — excepted chart,
networkauth and webengine — into devel/py-qt5-pyqt.
This allows us to be in adequacy with the packages that the author of these
libraries proposes, namely:
PyQt - devel/py-qt5-pyqt
PyQt-Charts - x11-toolkits/py-qt5-chart
PyQt-NetworkAuth – net/py-qt5-networkauth
PyQt-WebEngine – www/py-qt5-webengine

Import minizip-ng and zlib-ng
Minizip was originally developed in 1998. It was first included in the zlib
distribution as an additional code contribution starting in zlib 1.1.2. Since
that time, it has been continually improved upon and contributed to by many
people.
+ Creating and extracting zip archives.
+ Adding and removing entries from zip archives.
+ Read and write raw zip entry data.
+ Reading and writing zip archives from memory.
+ Zlib, BZIP2, LZMA, and ZSTD compression methods.
+ Password protection through Traditional PKWARE and WinZIP AES encryption.
+ Buffered streaming for improved I/O performance.
some ports bundle it, some ports allow building against a systemwide
one, some ports bundle/rely on an incompatible version - all those will be
fixed in following commits.
Mk/Uses: Introduce USES=minizip[:ng]
To simplify, the LIB_DEPENDS part a new USES tag is added.
USES=minizip will add a LIB_DEPENDS on legacy minizip and
USES=minizip:ng will add a LIB_DEPENDS on minizip-ng.

There have been lots of missing CONFLICTS_INSTALL entries, either
because conflicting ports were added without updating existing ports,
due to name changes of generated packages, due to mis-understanding
the format and semantics of the conflicts entries, or just due to
typoes in package names.
This patch is the result of a comparison of all files contained in
the official packages with each other. This comparison was based on
packages built with default options and may therefore have missed
further conflicts with optionally installed files.
Where possible, version numbers in conflicts entries have been
generalized, some times taking advantage of the fact that a port
cannot conflict with itself (due to logic in bsd.port.mk that
supresses the pattern match result in that case).
A few ports that set the conflicts variables depending on complex
conditions (e.g. port options), have been left unmodified, despite
probably containing outdated package names.
These changes should only affect the installation of locally built
ports, not the package building with poudriere. They should give an
early indication of the install conflict in cases where currently
the pkg command aborts an installation when it detects that an
existing file would be overwritten,
