So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary.
Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying
forms, like -- name, etc.

Make some improvements.
- Generate plist automatically
- Support overwriting installation by removing the old installation
- Do chmod so one can build as normal user and then install as root
Now try to use those variables everywhere around DIST* and PATCH*
definitions as far as possible, for ease of the future updates and the
neatness.
Okay, 60% of `japanese' ports have been done. :)
