or variations thereof. While I'm here also fix some whitespace and other
formatting errors, including moving WWW: to the last line in the file.

Update libmagic.1 dependency, since now it's in base system.

The port is still broken in 5.3, but will work when obrien
will MFC the installation of magic.h header file.
