db5a526190 * Merge patches from Mozilla 1.7 [1] 
* Auto-generate PLIST
* Respect CC/CXX/CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS/PTHREAD_LIBS
* Add WITH_XFT WITH_DEBUG WITH_OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS options [1]
* Add another mirror since cvs.nvu.com can be slow
* Don't install share/idl/*
* No longer depend on mozilla
