Add koi8-r support to jade to solve problem with koi8-r encoding

in printed formats.
SP_ENCODING=koi8-r should be passed to jade.

Upgrade to 1.2.1.
...
Uses autoconf and libtool, now. Thus shared libraries are working now
and the bmakefiles are not necessary any longer.

Note, this port is a superset of the SP port, but unlike SP
this one will not compile on FreeBSD 2.1.x--a more modern C++
compiler is needed.
