API breakages
- Bump up portrevisions for all dependent ports to allow them to be upgraded

Rename this ports to use the real vendor package name. The advantage of this
is to allow our users' keyword search works and easier for users to file the
Bugzilla report when they use our name of ports. Debian, Gentoo, NetBSD and
other OSs have the correct package name, but not in our ports tree.
My team, FreeBSD GNOME Team, have agreed with it.
Remove USE_AUTOMAKE and but back explicit dependency to devel/automake.
These ports aren't intended to be configured by automake, which USE_AUTOMAKE
does automagically. Instead they are just using some files from
${LOCALBASE}/share/automake.

- Handle pthread and installation dirs issues using perl regex instead of
patches;
- add gnomecc RUN_DEPENDS to ensure correct removal;
- make it buildable even w/o autoheader installed.
