ffe2faad0f The linuxdoc DTD. Yes it is really true, I am sloooooowly working 
on moving the sgml tools out to the ports collection.

(Psss!  Anti-bloatists: that means there will be one less program
in src that needs perl!)

b9d8971393 Unbreak this. Sort of. Shared libraries are still disabled 
until I can figure out what is going on with them.

An assortment of other small messes were cleaned up.

683fe502a6 Disable the generation of the shared libsp for all systems. It seems 
that some change between 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 is causing problems.

6f830a7cfc The DocBook DTD--an SGML DTD designed for computer system documentation. 
Already in use in the FreeBSD web site and the ultimate destiny for
the FreeBSD handbook and FAQ.

Both version 2.4.1 and 3.0 are included in the port.

0dc47c9b17 Jade: a DSSSL processor. 
Note, this port is a superset of the SP port, but unlike SP
this one will not compile on FreeBSD 2.1.x--a more modern C++
compiler is needed.

62586b524b agrep is a tool for fast text searching allowing errors. 
The three most significant features of agrep that are not supported by
the grep family are
1) the ability to search for approximate patterns
2) agrep is record oriented rather than just line oriented
3) multiple patterns with AND (or OR) logic queries

f9046b3982 Make the mule ports use install-info. Note that our makeinfo can't 
handle sources with Japanese characters, so the dir entries for those
are given explicitly in Makefile and pkg/PLIST.

1efea212c4 The recently imported patch-c[ab] contained RCS keywords. To 
avoid trouble, fetch them as part of $DISTFILES and apply in
a pre-patch target.

c46bdc450a Enable the building of the french dictionary via a target (make french) 
and print an informative message announcing this feature, like for the
british dict, so this possibility is not hidden in the makefile.
