f5387617c9 Remove whitespace from line endings in pkg-plist files. 
Those spaces used to hinder searching for the corresponding files
with portsearch -f '/FILENAME$' for obvious reasons.
Although currently portsearch removes those spaces itself remove
them anyway.

54b5ff2c6a Add devel/p5-DB_File-Lock, a wrapper for the DB_File module, adding 
locking, extremely lightweight.

This module provides the similar functionality to Tie::DB_LockFile,
but also supports DB_RECNO.
