Change some URLs from author dirs to dist dirs.
The example in the porter's handbook didn't have the trailing slash;
mea culpa for not having caught that when it went in.
salted (or seeded) hashes of clear text data. The original formalization of
this concept comes from RFC-3112 and is extended by the use of different
digital agorithms.
