Mark as deprecated, since modern versions of Zope (>=2.5) include

LDFLAGS handling (thanks to dinoex for lots of helpful advice!).

case we are compiling with threads
- try to remove the errorpages directory silently since user
defined directories might legitimately be present
- clean up shell scripting:
+ do not use too many variables
+ use /bin/sh's features instead of external commands

RUBY_SHEBANG_FILES feature in bsd.ruby.mk kicks ${RUBY} to rewrite
files; ruby is used in build stage. So RUBY_NO_BUILD_DEPENDS should
_not_ be listed here.
Since this change doesn't affect the package contents itself, no bumps.
