This is a followup to PR 56958.
The following ports have a hyphen in their version number:
Toni Andjelkovic <toni@soth.at>
devel/pcsc-lite:
1.2.0-rc1 => 1.2.0.r1
John R. Shannon <john@johnrshannon.com>
devel/gdb53-act:
5.3-act => 5.3
Vivek Khera <khera@kciLink.com>
mail/postfix-current:
2.0.14-20030812 => 2.0.14.20030812
PORTEPOCH => 2
neither pkg_version nor portupgrade see the part of the version
before the last '-', i.e. devel/pcsc-lite is seen as version
rc1, 1.3.0-b2 would be regarded as a previous version.

thing.
