a8e398e1a9 Fix the gnats-edit-pr.patch so it applies (the file name was wrong). 
Add an @exec mkdir line to the plist to create the lock directory.

a9c64dd4a9 Since nobody else seems to care about this port, grab maintainership and 
change the edit-pr patch to use $VISUAL for all change messages, not just
for state changes.

a23d18d6d7 Put the freefall-specific patches behind a WANT_FREEFALL_CFG knob. Moved 
Paul's changes to files/gnats-edit-pr.patch.  Added [1] the ability to track
class changes with a change message.  Also added [2] a URL to the problem
report online in the 'thank you' message when a new report is submitted.

003b53e2f4 Bring in a bunch of post 3.104 patches that came from Cyclic and 
the bug-gnats mailing list.  There are a ton of bugfixes and
some good new features (like user defined states).

I should have used the makefile's patch code to deal with this,
but the patches had differning formats and there were order dependancies,
so I built these patch ffiles by hand.

5879c157ad Update to 3.104 beta. 
Warning: the directory structure has shifted again (lib/gnats -> libexec/gnats)
Also, I am now compiling and configuring gnats with "with release based"
which adds additional functionality and is backwards compatible, but adds
new PR fields you may not expect to see.
