63d09c9c9b - Convert all remaining instances of BUILD_DEPENDS=${RUN_DEPENDS} or
RUN_DEPENDS=${BUILD_DEPENDS} to use := which portlint has warned
  about for a while.

4090f4bf94 Update to use PERL_MODBUILD and reorder *_DEPENDS so that devel/p5-Module-Build
stays a BUILD_DEPENDS and that it does not leak into RUN_DEPENDS

a51078f353 New port databases/p5-Class-DBI-SAK
By taking the busy work out of using Class::DBI as you see fit,
your code becomes more useful by size. Most of us end up using
at least a couple Class::DBI extensions in our programs, and
it's just a pain.  Enter the Swiss Army Knife.
