81797980f7 search.cpan.org redirect reduction canonicalization project, pass 1: 
URLs automatically rewritten from /search?dist=Foo or /dist/Foo
to /dist/Foo/ (note trailing slash).  After a 2002(!) reorganization,
this is the preferred way to refer to modules on search.cpan.org.

4792baef2d o Add dependency on p5-XML-RegExp. 
o Add dependency on p5-libwww which is optional but major function
  parsefile() requires it.
o Patching XML/DOM.pm if ${PERL} is older than 5.6.0.

1e60866cc1 Lots and lots of cleanups. Teach p5-* in general about PKGNAMEPREFIX. 
Add some missing/wrong dependencies.  Show how to respect CC/CFLAGS.  Many
miscellaneous modifications.  I used more excessive hacks to force p5-Jcode
and p5-WWW-Search to respect CC/CFLAGS.
