Add hyphenation dictionaries, add option INSTALLATION_BASEDIR to allow

adding dictionaries to linux openoffice ports and openoffice-devel port.
Fix several checksums (they only contain non security related content)
from updated distfiles.
Fixed client ooodict ports will follow soon.
Bump port version.
