- Update graphics/sdl_image to version 1.2.5
- Update audio/sdl_mixer to version 1.2.7

- Fix dependent ports to fit the new directory structure and avoid several
API breakages
- Bump up portrevisions for all dependent ports to allow them to be upgraded
by portupgrade/portmaster etc tools

SIDPlayer is a replayer program for C64 music (SID tunes). You can
think of it as being a stripped-down C64 emulator that only emulates
the processor and the sound chip of the C64. It also supports the
SID option of the Catweasel MK3 PCI card.
