a50678312b - fix PKGORIGIN 
since ito makes using package tools hard, is marked as FATAL by
portlint and otherwise doesn't affect the port, fix it silently.

f88690bf53 Ports policy: 
Ensure that the master category is always matches name of the parent
 (category) directory. This is required for ORIGIN to function properly.

edcf8b3594 Update with the new PORT{NAME,VERSION}/PKGNAME{PRE,SUF}FIX variables. 
Now try to use those variables everywhere around DIST* and PATCH*
definitions as far as possible, for ease of the future updates and the
neatness.

Okay, 60% of `japanese' ports have been done. :)
