Update to 1.1.3, and de-conditionalize the ispell bidness. Ispell is
included in the enchant source, and is built automatically.

{a,h,i}spell libs are only installed if you build enchant with support for them.
So, conditionalize their registration within pkg-plist.
Hurrrrrr... I should have caught that earlier...
