system administrators.
These provide several pieces of "middleware" (or filters) that can be
nested to build web applications. Each piece of middleware uses the
WSGI (PEP 333) interface, and should be compatible with other
middleware based on those interfaces.

Bump PORTREVISION of all dependent ports.
Fix the build errors in the few ports that still use the long deprecated,
and now obsoleted, cURL options.

Trac 0.10.3 is a bug fix release and fixes a few bugs introduced in the
0.10.1 and 0.10.2 releases. A brief summary of major changes:
* Timeline fail to load with a "NoSuchChangeset" error message (#4132).
