of the nfs-statistics (which since 5.x didn't work at all), the
lower part (replacing "kd" by "NULL" in calls to devstat_getdevs())
fixes the memory leak.

The patches are now part of the tarball and have been deleted from the
patch directory.
Version 1.4a now includes the libdevstat patches, which were formerly
patch-ad.
Tested under -current (with CAM) successfully.
