modular xorg.
- supply corresponding USE_XORG for all imake-using ports that need it
- USE_IMAKE no longer implies USE_XLIB in absence of USE_XORG
- retire USE_X_PREFIX which is not really used anywhere after the
above change
- a few minor nits like whitespace and SF macro

As is described in pkg-descr, now this port uses Debian porting of Tim
Edwards's version 2.0. It is heavily modified from Dan Heller's original
version, and is not fully compatible with it. But still it is reasonable
replacement of disappeared old version.

don't USE_IMAKE, don't appear to change behaviour on NOMANCOMPRESS (many
do, subtly) and don't install more than one manpage.
Any port listed here is a good candidate for a general review simply
due to age... For example, a number of them seem to patch an install:
target into the program Makefile and/or arbitrarily compress their
manpages from patches/patch-*. This has been out-of-vogue since I would
guess mid-1996, at least.
