The original mysql2pgsql has changed maintainership. So this port is also
changed to based on the new maintainer's version.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

5.005_03 use databases/p5-DBI-137 as newer versions do not
support the old perl.
Note that for some port, I merely removed the explicit
dependency as they already have implicit dependencies
via other ports.
