Per the maintainer, this is probably an error in GCC 10's i386 Fortran
frontend. But, this should not hold up our update to GCC 10 as ports
default.

The maintainer notes that this program is obsolete, and that most
people now use versions 3 or 4 (which are, unfortunately, non-
redistributable).
As well, it is already marked DEPRECATED/EXPIRING.
