77f6c01ede Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command;
the ECHO macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if
make(1) is invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to
the echo command.

aba308616a Fix DISTFILE fennerage. I'm only the MAINTAINER for docbook-310, but the
other docbook-* ports were broken in the same way, so I've taken the
liberty of updating the URL for all of them -- it looks as though OASIS
have fallen over, so point these at docbook.org for the time being.

11d1c17b31 No need for us to copy the 3.1 typo blindly in the catalog file we install.
Wish I'd seen this sooner.
This fix is purely cosmetic, but it at least might save us from
questions in the future.

23c6a918e7 Update the port to the released version of DocBook 4.0.
This is still the SGML version, there is also a XML version, but I haven't
looked at that yet.

This also fixes some portlint warnings in the Makefile.
