This setting has not had any effect since r1.13 to bsd.cmake.mk, as it
was only useful when we supported FreeBSD < 7.

Feature safe: yes
This is an incremental update and should be much easier to handle than
the transition from 4.6.5 to 4.7.2 in the ports tree.
The official release notes can be found at

1. Remove white space from the beginning of lines
2. Make the canonical WWW the last line of the file
3. Remove lines to the effect of, "More information can be found at..."
that's the stated purpose of the WWW: tags in the first place.
4. Change secondary WWW: lines to use other text to avoid confusion
While I'm here, remove some more useless Author: lines, and some
prepended white space to other lines.

The pam_krb5 module allows PAM-aware applications to authenticate
users by performing an AS exchange with a Kerberos KDC.
This module includes many configurable options and provides functionality
and features that other pam_krb5 modules do not provide.

had both lines:
Author: ...
WWW: ....
So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary.
Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying
forms, like -- name, etc.

A few other various formatting issues
- Name

or variations thereof. While I'm here also fix some whitespace and other
formatting errors, including moving WWW: to the last line in the file.
my ports in the past 3 weeks while ports were broken on any 10.x
machines, which means I'm unable to maintain them. So let people know
that there's no available support for them until things are back to
normal (which also means that anyone with spare time will be able
to fix them without getting approval).
The entries mentioned kdebase4-runtime, kdebase3, kdelibs4 etc, but
the port names are kdebase, kdelibs etc.
Adjust the names and the version ranges.

few days before the release, i made tests with that tarball, but it was
changed before release, and the distinfo was wrong.
I compared both tarballs and the difference was part of this commit [1] was
missing on the one i used.
Update distinfo to match 0.97.3 official tarball and bump PORTREVISION
