search.cpan.org redirect reduction canonicalization project, pass 1:

URLs automatically rewritten from /search?dist=Foo or /dist/Foo
to /dist/Foo/ (note trailing slash). After a 2002(!) reorganization,
this is the preferred way to refer to modules on search.cpan.org.

portsurvey seems to time out on the old style

good time to convert all my ports to the new
http://search.cpan.org/dist/module format.
