search.cpan.org redirect reduction canonicalization project, pass 1:
...
URLs automatically rewritten from /search?dist=Foo or /dist/Foo
to /dist/Foo/ (note trailing slash). After a 2002(!) reorganization,
this is the preferred way to refer to modules on search.cpan.org.

Since the module uses freedb.org by default now,

irrelevant and needs to be removed from pkg-descr.
