Remove dependency upon p5-JSON-Syck, since
...
1. p5-JSON-Syck no longer exists, and
2. this port already depends upon p5-YAML-Syck, which includes the
functionality formerly provided by p5-JSON-Syck.
This fixes the INDEX build.
