e389276874 emulators/yuzu: unbreak build after 455717ffde 
CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:313 (find_package):
  Could not find a configuration file for package "xbyak" that is compatible
  with requested version "6".

  The following configuration files were considered but not accepted:

    /usr/local/lib/cmake/xbyak/xbyak-config.cmake, version: 7.0

CMake Error at externals/CMakeLists.txt:19 (add_subdirectory):
  The source directory

    externals/xbyak

  does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.

emulators/higan: Update to v110 
Moreover,

- Switch to USE_GITHUB, since the sources are now available only there.
- Replace WWW with the GitHub repository link, since the site in WWW
  does not exist anymore.
- Change default sound option from OSS to OPENAL: OSS does not work.
- Do not require GCC anymore.

5d2af9e3de emulators/wine-devel: Update to Wine 8.21 
This includes the following changes:
 - High-DPI scaling and initial Vulkan support in the Wayland driver
   (which we don't use yet, though).
 - Updates to the locale database.
 - Various bug fixes.

  * Add ${STRIP_CMD} to GNU configure environment variable ac_cv_prog_STRIP
from commit 132921c8f8. [1]

emulators/virtualbox-ose: add option to build vboximg-mount 
Introduce new port option VBOXIMG that enables building and installing
"vboximg-mount" utility. It is not enabled by default as it needs
fusesfs-libs as another dependency.

The utility gives access to insides of VM images like .vdi files etc.
Use "vboximg-mount -g" to get access to files on internal file systems
not supported by native FreeBSD mount command. Refer to utility's
internal online help for syntax details and to original documentation:
