Unfortunately, LibreOffice project completely dropped support for pre-C++11
compilers and libraries since 4.4. Therefore, we cannot easily build it on
FeeBSD 9.x any more unless the system was rebuilt with WITH_CLANG_IS_CC and
WITH_LIBCPLUSPLUS. If user is unable to upgrade the system for some reason,
the old port, i.e., 4.3.7, is still available from devel/libreoffice4 (with
no language packs).
- Use OPTIONS helpers more widely (this also allows to GC WANT_GNOME)
- Add `pkg-message' on how to enable PC speaker sound output support
- Convert .include <bsd.port.pre.mk>/<bsd.port.post.mk> into
<bsd.port.options.mk>/<bsd.port.mk> and wrap one overly long line

- Add USE_FPC_RUN to bsd.fpc.mk. It add fpc units like run dependencies. Otherwise
fpc units only are added like build dependencies (less dependencies registered
when they are installed with pkg).

- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.

The port needed an overhaul, there were many issues with it. After the
initial fix, the maintainer also made it optionsNG compliant.
Note that when the default MYSQL option is selected, it will fail
check-plist as a result of the mysql ports not handling /var/db/mysql
creation correctly. To fix the check, the mysql ports need fixing.

Xorg now accepts symlinks in etc/X11/fontpath.d (as decribed in Xserver(1))

All fonts are now properly dynamically generating fonts.dir and fonts.scale
instead of sometime overwriting existing ones)

Improve consistency in fonts ports
- Remove dependencies on modules distributed as part of perl core
- Remove references to FreeBSD < 8 and perl < 5.16
- Ensure that DOCS and EXAMPLES options exist for ports installing

- Reduce unnecessary inclusions of bsd.port.options.mk by using
OPTIONS helpers and the like
- Fix some cases where dependencies were only assigned to BUILD_DEPENDS

This one happens in many, many ports. I only applied it in cases where
it interfered with 'make test' but it should maybe be done more generally.
