c52da3a42a devel/eric: update to 21.7 release+ 
It fixes a few bugs and introduces these new features:

- Tasks
* made the task properties dialog adapt to the task kind
* added code to get typed manual tasks

- UML Diagrams
* extended the class items to show class attributes
* added code to load a saved UML diagram via the file browser or the project others browser
* improved the diagram layout of the Import Diagram and the Application Diagram
* added code to save and load diagrams as JSON files
* changed code to print diagrams

c82d9248b0 hunspell: avoid plist substitution 
When using PLIST_FILES substitution is not necessary and recommended not
to use, the direct use of make(1) variables, works perfectly fine.

b44cc05f32 LibreOffice suite: update to 7.0.0 release 
The Office@FreeBSD team is proud to announce long awaited, new major release of
LibreOffice suite - 7.0.0!

New major branch comes with tons of new changes: switch render from opengl to skia,
many templates redesigned from 4:3 to 16:9 format, added support for  "ODF 1.3" and
"ODF 1.3 Extended" documents format, support native 2013/2016/2019 mode instead of
2007 compatibility mode for DOCX, added a new icon theme, named Sukapura.

Of course, conservative users can keep 6.4.x stable version by switch to use
all-in-one editors/libreoffice6 port and even with i18n langpack (off by default).
It will be kept updated at least till 7.1.0 version will be released.
