search.cpan.org redirect reduction canonicalization project, pass 1:

URLs automatically rewritten from /search?dist=Foo or /dist/Foo
to /dist/Foo/ (note trailing slash). After a 2002(!) reorganization,
this is the preferred way to refer to modules on search.cpan.org.

portsurvey seems to time out on the old style
http://search.cpan.org/search?dist=module , so this is a
good time to convert all my ports to the new
http://search.cpan.org/dist/module format.
